Santa Lucía Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 20% secures advance booking. Balance is due one calendar month before arrival date. Reservations made less than a month before the arrival date require immediate payment in full. Call or email for last minute reservations.

Payments can be made by personal check (from USA only) or electronic transfer to Bank of America, USA or in cash at the Banco de Guayaquil in Quito, Ecuador. Please ask for further details.

Payment for drinks, any additional services or balance of payment should be paid for at the lodge in cash. We regret we can not accept travelers' checks or credit cards.

In the event of cancellation by the client, Santa Lucía will reimburse the following percentages of any payment made.
