Brand new solar panels up and running!

It's time for good news from Santa Lucía again!

Yesterday, we installed a new set of solar panels! The goals is to have some continuous current mainly for the new weather station and the internet, but it might well be enough for some other necessities as well. We will hopefully install the weather station beginning of next week. Currently Noé and some others are still testing the solar panels.

Purchase and installation of the panels happened as part of our "Biodiversity and Climate Observation Project" which is financed by the International Development Challenge Fund (IDCF) and Sussex Sustainability Research Programme (SSRP).
