Monitoring of our Orchid Garden

And while we're sitting locked up in our homes, it's time for a more or less elaborate look at the data. Here's a quick summary of the first month of monitoring our orchid garden. It shows how many species were in flower. As peak of flowers was actually in January, but the peak of flowering species is in February. Since this is - hopefully - only the beginning of the monitoring this is not representative, but still nice to look at.

Only two species had flowers during every census since September: Lepanthes magnifica and Scaphosepalum ophidion.
