Nely Nieto

My name is Nelly Nieto, I have been working since 2017 in the kitchen and cleaning area, I am currently the head chef in Santa Lucía. I have two children Dilan and Lenin, I like working in Saint Lucia because it is dedicated to conservation activities and I like the tranquility, fresh air and beautiful landscapes.

I like working in the kitchen, since I have had the opportunity to share and learn from other cultures, meet people from other parts of the world, far from the noise and with a beautiful background of the sound of birds.

My fondest memories in Santa Lucía are that my parents worked, planted and cultivated these lands, Victor Nieto and Rosario Valenzuela. I also remember the river competitions that we did with my nephews in the cold water.
